My submission will redirect me to Stripe to complete payment. I understand that refunds are only accepted within 24 hours of payment if work has not started. Once work commences, the engagement is non-refundable. I understand that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after work has commenced — without first attempting resolution — is a breach of the Terms of Service and may result in legal action. I confirm that I will not provide credentials, files, or data containing Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medical records, or other regulated PII beyond what is strictly necessary for the stated scope. I acknowledge that all sales are final once work begins, and that this agreement is legally binding as documented in the Terms of Service.
